Hie. I wanted to draw a line but when i click to start and licked the first point of the line., i couldn't see the line until i click the last point. This is also happening when i try to move an object. I can’t move an object I can move it, but it doesn’t show how I’m moving it and where is it at that moment before I click the last point so it’s a bit of a challenge please help.

something is wrong with the setup of my papersheets. when i ask A4 (or any other type) the dimentions are wrong, only when i import from a layout it seems to be correct and stays correct when changing to a different size. to bad i noticed it after making alle my vieuwports. someone who knows how to copy a vieuwport with style and settings to a different Paper?

When I try to "bind" the xref, I do not have the option to "bind" when I right click. I can load, unload, and reload but not bind. Any tips for that?

Thank you. Honestly, this is no different than the acad drawing template, acad.pgp, or block & template drawings library I have collected and collected for 30+ years experience. But for new ACAD users, this is a great reference and library. I am looking for new ways to quicken my drawings. I keep my library, templates and blocks completely separate from AutoCAD folders as well as creating backups on thumbdrives. Once one loses something without backup... it's horrible. Is it possible to add a linear stretch to a dynamic block that moves some objects 2 feet, for example and other objects 1 foot? I am thinking mainly of keeping something centered in a square. as I stretch the square to a rectangle.

Hi there. Your video is fine and dandy but how do deal with different text heights in multiple viewport? In your first vp your EXAMPLE ROAD is fairly large, in the other vp it's small. If I wanted to have smaller text in your first vp and add dimensions, labels, line thickness, it will all be realative to the 2nd vp which i would not want to show. I cant vp freeze layers as easily as you mention because it adds problems. The only fix I have is to create new layers called vp 1, vp 2, vp 3 vp 4... then I have the flexibility to create labels, text, line widths without making a disaster in other vps. Is there an easier way to do this or not really?

Hello, How do I copy a viewport from one layout to another layout without losing its characteristics/definitions? For example, I have frozen layers and changed colors to appear in the viewport. When I copy the viewport from Layout 1 to Layout 2 and paste the viewport, all the layers appear in the viewport and the colors that appear are the original colors of the Model. Thank you
