Thanks again Brandon for another good video. Here's an issue I'm coming across often is, opening other peoples blocks or shared block files and them having random colored lines or lines on layers that wont change when trying to put them on a new layer. Seem like I usually have to edit block by itself and explode it to reset on the lines back to "bylayer" then re-create the block and load it back in. Maybe you know a better way to tackle this.

Hi there, new-ish to autocad (used it years ago and now revisiting), I have downloaded a free trial but immediately there is a difference in my user interface compared to all other videos on youtube which makes following videos really diffiicult... Autocad 2024, on a Mac - can you help?

I love you video's so much. You are a great teacher and have helped me. I have a question I hope you might be able to help with if you have time. I have several Paper Space tabs that display different saved views that each have different layers on/off. When I open one I have to go do model space and also match that specific view in order to turn the right layers on/off for each tab to see the information and print it. Is there a way that in the paper space tabs it will just turn those layers on and off or do I have to change it every time in model space? It just seems to take a long time to print this way, seems like I'm missing something. Thanks for everything.

Hello, How do I copy a viewport from one layout to another layout without losing its characteristics/definitions? For example, I have frozen layers and changed colors to appear in the viewport. When I copy the viewport from Layout 1 to Layout 2 and paste the viewport, all the layers appear in the viewport and the colors that appear are the original colors of the Model. Thank you
