Hello mate, I have the exact same sauna. I'm concerned about how to deep clean it. The panels that are infared are covered in a black mesh and i don't wana to damage the heating element. Do you use wipes or spray periodically for the wipe able surfaces?

Hi Laura, Love your videos and the info you kindly provide - a huge thank-you from me. Thank you for being so helpful! I watched you when I did my 5-day fast. I've got some questions if I may... Did you notice that with use the max temperature drops? What's the max temp you can get now, please? And it is the one that your remote shows or the one that you measured independently with another party thermometer? Thank you so much!

I wonder who manufactures these because I have the Serenelife and it looks exactly the same, just different colours. Other "no name" brands are exactly the same too
@michaeltue31764 ай бұрын
The problem is SereneLife is an Importer from US, it is ok if you are in US. They import and sell many things that is not related to sauna. Sometimes they pop after a year and need a board or fuse replacement. Firzone is in the UK and specialises in this. You can get many spare parts when the warranty finishes. You can even get a new cover when it is worn out so you will have a new looking sauna all over again.

I have had to cut down on ice baths because my feet would ache when I would go to sleep at night … so not everything is for everyone! Well done you. PS we don’t need to use super cold water! There is research on being in cool/tepid baths for longer and they provide similar results. Another idea is wearing scuba gloves on hands and feet so they don’t get as cold. PPS You’re super amazing!

Oh my GOODNESS! I have horrible chilblains on my feet right now. I have no idea why, as i haven't done ice-baths for a few months. BUT, I started getting them after daily ice-baths last year. I'd wondered if the two were connected. Thanks for this.

Thank you, Laura. I am still very much onto ice bathing (because of you :-)) But i am wearing neoprene socks and keep my hands out of the water. These 2 improvements where a game changer to me. Before it took me 3-4 hours to get my feet warm again in the house. I am so happy i found the way to ice bathing and reason was your wonderful video. I suffered from depression and going into cold water helped me so much... Greetings from Germany, Kath x And thank you for all the amazing videos you did during the years.

P.S.: you were asking for a advice: just try out linseed oil (but it must be very fresh, if its old the omega-3- fatty-acid goes over to omega-6 (which we normally have too much of). I take every morning 1 big spoonful linseed oil (i keep it in the fridge). My experience is, when i have got enough ALA in my blood, it helps a lot with ice exposure...

My son took up vaping to be allowed to go out for smoking breaks, he works in a large office block in London. He's now not a healthy person and has issues from the vaping.
@luiseEllen8 ай бұрын
When I worked in an office I used to take 'fag beaks' all the time. I've NEVER smoked in my life!! But I realised it wasn't fair that I couldn't take my fresh air, light and eye breaks.... but if I went out with one one of my colleagues every time they went for a cigarette my boss couldn't possibly say any thing because the discrimination (against healthy habits) became blindly obvious.

happiness is a sensation, not a condition. People should just be content and comfortable in their misery/mundanity instead instead of anxiously fretting over whether they are not achieving their daily happiness quota. The heirarchical classification of 'moods' as being either good or bad is kind of brainlet behaviour. As long as your life is fine and your not spiraling, i dont think you should concern yourself whether you are happy or not.

I prefer the word ‘content’. But cheerful works. Nothing wrong with striving for a new car, job whatever to bring you happiness. But if you can be content with where you are now in life then day to day becomes much easier.

Great video. Both at showing an introductory session and Laura your insightful quesions to explore more about the deep understanding of Alexander technique. Also that teachers aren't thinking about their posture all the time, or at least not when playing football with their children.

Relaxation exercise? Sure. A Godfather of ASMR. Perhaps affirmatively for many. However, the wreak of pedantic silliness I unintentionally detect through the -explanation- and purpose of his actions paint my status in an almost immediate fatigued gripe. Strange.
