I ran my E-Maxx on 6S in about 4" of snow one year. That thing sent 4 4' rooster tails as long as I was on the gas. These are TANKS! Sweet ride!

check out the 4s motor plate set up from outcast with center diff but now the typhon 223s has a center diff as well which i think fits better then 4s motor plate! I also see typhon arms and toe links gives a wider stance and more stability! About to do these on my granite mega i got for $150

Very very slow, you need to upgrade your esc and got more battery cells. Your only going max ,60mph id say 50

With alot of power, my slipper clutch always slips no matter what, so i just locked my slipper down too. They dont make a slipper locker fir my vorteks

RPM parts are made with nylon. It's really hard to break them because they flex when the stock abs parts just snap. FYI body clips suck. Get the Pro-Line Secure-Loc Caps Kit. It replaces the clips with little plastic nuts that hardly ever get lost.

dude, that thing looks great, I planned on putting a AMC Pacer body on mine but decided to just keep the rally body because I didn't want to destroy the pacer,

supposed to be 2 brass slip -in inside the buckle

I'm really liking that HR wheelie bar. Have you had any issues with it? Did you have to glue the tires on it? My Traxxas bar tires always falls off and will have to glue them.

the emaxx was too brittle, the chasis would always break in half. i made one with the tmaxx 3.3 platform, heavier but more durable, i was able to make custom brackets to install an e revo brushless tranny instead of messing around with tmaxx conversion kit junk. never had any problems and it looks bad ass. i have the mamba minster x system, love it.

when i hit puddles like that in my rustler full throttle an that, i blew up my drive shafts lol, main side in the water was bent up, detached, and pieces missing, hopefully that noise isnt that lmao.

Isnt that truck actually a Mega 550? I thought the 3s ones had adjustable links.. got a roller that was a Mega converted to 4x4. I threw a 3s redcat motor in it and took a couple teeth off the plastic ring gear first run.. so I upgraded to locked metal slipper full metal cased metal geared diffs and now snapped a motor shaft in the fist 5 min of running it.. It clearly needs a 4s or a 4s that's capable of 6s

You need the spektrum v2 programmer to get the benefits of the esc . Also update the esc Firmware . Cheers .

What is your model number? 3905 at a guess. There is 4 different models.

On those front shocks, you should try a "light" spring and thin fluid like 15-25 weight and build the shock with a high rebound. It ahould handle alot better than having the fuel tubing and have a similar effect, but you might want to find a way to get a front sway bar

Those steel diffs are a must have. My rear diff (stock) lasted 3 weeks. The front lasted 5. When i replaced the rear, i went and bought both sets because i knew I'd need them. Got me a HotRC receiver and transmitter, much better than stock SLT3. Those metal pivot balls are worth their weight in gold. Talking about buying a slider: some stock things you don't want anyway. Arrma servos are garbage in my experience. My Granite servo lasted a month. My Felony servo is crapping out after 4 packs and one little crash into a cement pillar 😮 But it's the motors that crap out, not the gears. The gears are metal, and don't strip in my experience (with a decent servo saver) but the motor will start to hiccup. You try and turn and it won't turn until you give it some acceleration, then it'll happen more and more until it stops turning. Nobody wants a stock Arrma servo. The $20 servo on Amazon (DSServo brand) is an improvement on the stock servo. Arrma 3s is a good platform though, and real easy to wrench on. Granite 3s was my first hobby grade, and now I actually like wrenching on it.

Btw those battery hold downs are hard to find cuz theyre discontinued. If you bring up a 3908 parts diagram you can get the actual driveshafts for it next time you need them
