Good call Paul. It's a mugs game. I was caught by fruit machine addiction in my teens. Probably even earlier. Back then the jackpots were £2 with a 10p play stake. I'd blow my pocket money, dinner money, ALL my money on the things. It became dangerous when I grew up and left school. The jackpots got bigger, the stake got higher and my losses were increasing. I'd spend all my cash, bus fare included. That 4 mile home walk full of dejection and anger because i couldn't control my gambling. I reckon I've frittered away enough money over my teens, my twenties and my thirties to be mortgage free on a £250,000 house. I broke the addiction when I found fruit machine emulation. Playing machines that were in the arcades but on my PC. and playing for free. Playing these, I learnt that I was playing games that were impossible to win on. Playing them also eased the urges to play on the real thing. It helped me break the addiction and if it helps others break their addiction, then it's worth me posting it here. Type into Google 'MFME' (Multiple Fruit Machine Emulator) and you'll find some decent sites out there where you can download the emulator and individual games. The whole scene is full of ex addicts and those who enjoy playing real fruit machines too. All, me included, have contributed to this scene for free so others can play for free and it helped me break my addiction. Searching the forums associated with Fruit Machine Emulation and MFME, you'll find many many stories from lots of people who were in this same situation. How they started, what they lost, and how they dealt with it. You're not alone Paul. And you've nothing to lose.

I've stopped now paul I actually haven't been watching your videos for ages but you came up on ticktock saying you stopped most I've won on a stachcard is £40 I do buy then but not every day maybe once a week I've had a problem with gambling for years got It from my dad I only did it when I drunk beer in pubs with machines etc after 1st June I decided it was enough I don't wanna do it anymore so I've basically banned myself if I go in to weatherspoons etc it's either for a meal and a drink and I'll leave I've been following a girl on ticktock who has lost loads on line casinos wouldn't do that I've decided to have a big change at work I've worked weekends for 23 years and I've decided to have Sundays off all the time with this change things have got better I don't wanna go back to the old life I may have the odd drink out but not gonna do the gambling its mot worth it my home town has just opened 2 arcades not for me no more I feel happy I've come out online about it
