The first mess up of our lotteries' new owner has happened. The post office with lottery is no longer letting you claim £500-£50,000, so anything other £500 is an Allwyn claimer and already people are waiting more than a month for winnings. Allwyn only took the reigns in late January.

In my opinion they have just taken over where Camelot left off! Crap prizes few and far between! Getting fed up with it now personally, I thought Alwyn were going to do great things but it seems not 🤔👎

@@beverleydabell3241 they have only been in charge for about 6 weeks. They will still have all the stock from camelot. The new games from Allwyn have been delayed until next year. There is a rumour that the national lottery will be back at £1 in the summer this year.

Early days for them ini.. but para about forged scratchcards.. this is the reason..they triple checking looool. Have to verify by phone and then thr usual way and then gets triple.. those dudes nearly got away with it didn't they. The post offices pulled out as they were asked to put money upfront for the scratchcards and something about not making enough profit. There are still a few selling i believe. But as you say cashing in is right.. that guy your on about is in his 70s it looked like..hope he gets it soon.

Agreed Kevin - Honestly, I think Allwyn knew precisely what to say in order to win the Lottery Operators Licence but it's been a complete con and shambles since they've taken over.

I watch a lot of scratchers in the USA. No body is winning. It must be the time of year.

It's a fix .....the chances of winning top prices you got more chance of willy wonka handing you a bar of chocolate with the golden ticket in it .

Look like this new lotto operators are just as corrupt as this government. Now the post office contracts have ended any win over £500 will have to be claimed by post with some winners reporting months of delays for the cheque plus add extra 5 days for processing. Not easy to find a big win so when we do those pay outs should be fast and easy. Not being pass around on the phone to get answers. Wish players all the luck but I’m out now.
