17:50 there's a small mistake with the equation. Since the reaction forms the carboxylate ion rather than the carboxylic acid it cannot be reversibe. Only Acid hydrolysis is reversibe. Otherwise a really helpful video :)

At 14:55 how can you predict if a reaction is endothermic or exothermic? or will we get information about it in the question?
