Do you put water to level 3 into the reservoir and then another batch of water up to level 3 into the grain insert or just one batch of water up to level 3 split between the reservoir and the insert?

This video is super useful although I wish it was a slower step by step. Do I need to clean my Beaba babycook after I've steamed the chicken and before I steam the vegetables? Thanks. Also, please make much more step by step baby recipes please. I'll tweet them if you do ha! :)

don’t need to dump the cooking liquid from the steamed chicken? Is it safe to consume for the baby?
