Recipe:
4 eggs
Sir Kensington's avocado oil mayo
Salt, and pepper to taste
Optional: mustard seed, paprika, dill pickles chopped up finely to give more of a deviled egg salad vibe. Sriracha drizzle for parents who loves a kick of spice!
Instructions:
1.) Place eggs into steam basket
2.) Fill water up to level 3 and press the steam button on the regular steam cycle
3.) Once done, place eggs into cool water for 10 minutes
4.) Peels eggs and place into bowl. Smash with fork until texture is even.
5.) Add in your mayo, salt and pepper. Mix with fork.
Optional: add mustard seed, paprika, dill pickle(chopped up finely) to give your salad more of a ~deviled~ vibe
Place on a piece of toast, bell pepper boat or any other way you'd like and enjoy!
