50 mins study - 10 mins break, use timers, sleep, 1hr of dopamine minimum, 1 day off a week ( not sure about this one)

Hello, i would suggest creating a patreon account so that we can support you continuing to producing this high quality content and providing you with an income to plan higher quality videos and show studies/ anecdotal evidence as this in turn will provide you with more time and eventually more views

I like your 50 minutes study/10 minutes break procedure. I used to use 1 hour study/15 minute break, but 1 hour study is too long and it gets boring, 50 minutes is just right.

Hola estaba muy bien este canal. Algun dia podrias relanzarlo.

Oh my gosh! This helps so much! I have been struggling with burn outs. I go to extreme, exhaust myself and lose focus. This gives some perspective! Thanks

Great job! How could you possibly map so many pages in 4 minutes!?? :DDD ;) 1) Skim through the text while seeking to make sense out of the graphics and headlines. 2) Carefully read trough the text to capture the keywords. 3) Map the keywords. P.S. Grande Ale, scoperto ora! ))))))
