I had the takoyaki from that first place before. The line wasn't nearly as long when I was there. it was great. Crispy outside, a little bit of undercooked molten lava batter inside, overall chewy, just what you want. Since then i have seen a couple videos that say skip it though and go to a less touristy place around the corner in a alley off the main street. Haven't tried that one yet but now I want to try both back to back.

Next time, I would recommend starting from the bottom. I took the route from Fujiyoshida station, all the way to the top, and it was amazing. There's so much on that route that you don't get to experience if you just take the commercial fifth station.

Its not food poisoning. Your gut is weak and cannot handle Indian spices that's why you fall sick. The whole country eats outside food but they don't fall sick. Problem is with you and not the food. Also you need to choose carefully where you eat. Always eat where there is crowd.
@MaxKimura3 ай бұрын
Don’t really want to get too much into whose problem it is, but based on your perspective all victims of food poisoning are the problem? And not the shop owners? I find that to be an interesting take… Anyway, I was able to enjoy plenty of local foods where my weak problematic gut was able to handle the Indian spices.
@parker44063 ай бұрын
@@MaxKimura It's not a weak gut to be honest. Don't take offense but he probably means you have a different gut biome than his which is scientifically true. The place you live in sets the biome. One easy way to reset it is to eat yoghurt made at home in India. Very easy to do. Ask any of your local friends for some.

@@MaxKimuraMajority of the street food vendors use tap water. It's not a problem if you are eating food that's cooked; but there's an element of risk with uncooked elements like chutney. We are immune to certain bacteria; you aren't. It's a risk. There are cases of food poisoning as well; but more often than not it's water and ice that are the culprits.

Nobody eats the BC burger in India lol. It's a recent addition. Also first time seeing someone sweat from eating Maharaja Mac hahaha. You didn't taste any chili in the soda because you probably forgot to swirl it before drinking. They add the chili at the bottom. The real OG McDonald's items are Mcaloo tikki burger, Mcspicy paneer and the pizza puff.
