Dr the head of the baby and the spoon are the same size 😮. For readers and watchers keep in mind that this is India and these are families who cannot afford to pay for bottles etc. as long as the containers are hygienic and the baby is well fed is all that really matters. The baby looks cosy, comfortable and content.

I can’t stand the sound of the baby in the background crying. I just wish that there is a spoon. They wouldn’t give it all at one time take the time slowly to feed them and you could tell the baby was hungry and I’m sure the background was very hungry.
