From what I've learned about his backstory, he used to be very idealistic about his dream of becoming a real Santa Claus despite it being seen as childish by others due to him reading a picture book given by his mentor. As time and his age go by, he started to become more jaded and bitter of his own life after his dreams went unfulfilled. He turned himself into a hermit by building his own wooden hut in the sea of alpine forest. Chopping trees for firewood as a lumberjack and bodybuilding himself as his only way to pass his time while still keeping, reading and acting with his Santa Claus paraphernalia at his home. It wasn't until his encounter with MC who really turn his life around forever.

This makes them a young adult for a JRPG gacha game protagonist, unlike other typical gacha games protagonists who are teenagers which makes them underage. Tokyo Afterschool Summoners' protagonist is a teenager unlike Live A Hero's protagonist.

Has to be less than 30 since Gammei treats the player as if they're younger than them. Being slightly older than Akashi (21) and around Barrels' age (22). I'd say 23 so Akashi and Player would be able to go to the same school, but who knows.
