I can see this being a useful tool when businesses are in a position to pivot or innovate. But seems a little too subjective when it comes to coming up with the numbers and prioritization. It would be good to know how this process can be data-driven rather than intuition or hunches.

Thus sadly the mass is left out of some of some of the most relevant and revolutionary ideas. ( Just like "space mining" "advanced atomically precise manufacturing" suffers a similar problem in perception. ) ... By starting from the many ends on the "now" side of things - the dry basics - one may reach at least a few people but certainly not the masses which would be important. Maybe a subversive strategy would be the the right way to go. Starting with a make-belief joke for entertainment slowly leading the consumers of this as entertainment disguised edutainment to the (shocking) realization that this is actually very possible and really does makes sense.
