This was one of videos that inspired me to come up with a video on "Reinventing the Business Model" - a necessity in COVID times. Loved this video.

Great video! Watching this on June 23, 2020 came across the following fact: “On June 22nd 2020, Disney English announced the permanent closure of all 26 training centers. The closure was influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a shift in consumer preferences towards online learning”. COVID-19 pushed everyone towards the business model innovation path

Free/Donation/Join buttons are a great business model for creators right now. The customers that don't pay become your brand ambassadors, and the people that donate are your sales. :D

The hardest part of the business model is creating the product or service at a cost that will allow us to make a profit not figuring out the different ways to sell it. The cow exercise is a great example on how to breakdown the frame of reference for a product to increase price but not a real business model example.

Hello friends, I have the following situations: 1 / Company A wants to buy the distribution system of company B, but company B only wants to sell 100% of its assets. So what would you do in this situation ?. 2 / There are 2 companies working in the same field: Company X builds its own store and creates its own distribution system. Company Y relies on outside distributors and stores to distribute goods to consumers. Question: In what case will you buy company X and company Y ?. Thank you.

What are the main types of business models? We can categorize the business model in several different ways. For example, how companies and start-ups make money, or how they deal with their suppliers and customers. Some business models are always there, others are new, and some are innovative models by bringing old business models into new industries. In this article, we will explain some of the business models that are based on successful companies, technological startups, and more traditional organizations. The goal is to give you a brief overview of the different types of business models. retiba.com/academy/business-strategies/business-model-differ-business-plan/
