My man here knows NOTHING about football or the Giants. Calling them subpar but winning the most road games ever and saying Eli threw a “common Int” while that pass was on target plus bobbled amongst other things proves it.

I mean a guy with his power and size the way he jus accelerates to after breaking a tackle it was ridiculous. If there’s a guy to start a franchise with that’s the guy to do it and i wudnt even recommend starting it with a RB

Sons rarely succeedboast the accomplishments of their fathers. Brady's Daddies Eli and Foles know this better than anyone. They took Tommy to school 3 times.

Kinda odd you keep saying “he couldn’t lead his team” he put up great stats every one of those years, we just had some absolutely HISTORICALLY bad defenses.

Tom Brady is overrated to allow the NY Giants to beat the patriots 2 times, if Brady played 20 years earlier he would have had maybe a 10 year career because he would have been banged up playing in the era prior to the NFL turning football into a SISSY GAME.
@Iamhungey3 ай бұрын
To be fair having a 10 year career in the NFL especially prior to the rule changes would be admirable.

At 30 years old and not a giants fan, this was my favorite season run of all time in any sport on any level. Truly once in a lifetime and something we will never witness again. Just as a fan of sports in general, it simply doesn’t get any better than this. The biggest Cinderella story and biggest upset in American professional sports history. Even though I never was and never will be a giants fan, I will always be a fan of the 2007 giants. Still cannot believe it happened to this day.

The miracle of 2007 is the Giants started bad weeks 1-15....but transformed into a DIFFERENT dominant team on Dec 29th 2007; on that night vs the Patriots they turned into the 2008 Giants; a 12-4 team that won the #1 seed. Except, the 07 postseason roster had Osi Omenyura AND Micheal Strahan, Osi was lost 2008 injury and Strahan retired.

Giants fan here. I remeber watching the Giants play the Patriots during the regular season that year on Satruday night. I knew after that game if we somehow could get past the NFC specifically Dallas we could beat the Patriots if we saw them in the SB. But, I didn't think we'd get past Dallas! LOL!

The 2007/2011 Giants teams won because of culture. It’s that simple. Everyone bought in to the single cause of winning the Super Bowl and that’s usually all it takes. It’s not easy convincing 53 super egos to be all in. Neither of those teams on paper should have won the Super Bowl. Their talent was not the best. It’s mentality and being brothers from spot 1-53. Even the practice squad folks have to buy in.

I honestly beleive that if Tiki Barber didn't retire the G-MEN wouldn't have made the Super Bowl. He was Eli's go-to guy in any emergency and once he left Eli counted on all his receivers...

Always have said this At 6:03 if he jukes that guy he would've had the record. I know it being early in the year but he had it. Also he played more careful with his legs. I dont believe he was the same. Still great though. He's the goat of running backs

Anyone who thinks team wins or superbowls dictates a good qb or not knows nothing about football. Nobody has ever played the game who can win a title by themselves. Dan Marino was a better qb than Montana or Brady. When you say someone is great its due to individual skill not team accomplishments. Brady has the most SBs but skill level hes not much more than average. His early years the Pats won due to their D and coach. He spent most of his career throwing 5-7 yards. Brady is a winner no doubt but hes no where near the skill level as a Marino or even Rodgers. The only reason Brady holds many of the records he does is because he played more time than Brees. To those who say well Brady went to Tampa and won take a look at the roster. He went to a team that was stacked with talent on both offense and defense. He only went there because it was the only place he could go and have a chance at a title. Im not mad at him for it but dont give him all the credit there. They had 2 1000 yard receivers the year prior to him getting there.
@andrewerhart7881 Жыл бұрын
Also remember the year Brady got injured in NE they won more games that year without him than they did the next year with him. No other team with a supposed great QB would win more without them than with. Just saying.
