I imagine the singer and the person he’s singing to sitting at a table in a club, and he pulls out three cards from his sleeve when he says “my sleeve is full of tricks”. They are a king of hearts, a queen of diamonds, and a joker. He lays them on the table, and when he says “kissing at the ritz” he pushes the king of hearts and queen of diamonds together.

This song gives me very similar vibes the friends on the other side from princess and the frog. A man offers everything, displays his own tricks, and asks a seemingly meaningless price. Only to bring them into a deal with the devil.

I always think of Daisy as being dangerous because she's like.. a mafia don's daughter or smth (this is probably because I have a character I made named Irene who married into a mafia family). Like, she knows she's dangerous, she knows she can get away with it too because of who her father is- so she takes any chance she can get to have some fun a lead some poor soul to their early grave.

The Father himself sounds based; using someone else’s superstitions against them to escape prison? Based and redpilled
