Let devs do a faithfull remaster, redoing the backgrounds with new software and new models on the liking of Telltale, Blacksad, totally 3D/2D aesthetics, like cellshading, no 3D bullshit , the gameplay doesnt need changing. A Remake, just give to FromSoftware... They know what their doing...

It's a great controller my only advice is if you buy one make sure you buy a sillicon cover or if somebody knows where you can order a transparent hardcover for the edge even better

Full on remake. Find a way to keep the rpg system in place, but build everything from the ground up for modern setups. Not necessarily a remake in the vain of RE 2/3, but somewhere in the area of the original REmake they did. The game is a hidden gem that anyone who has played will tell you is worth playing through. Even the sequel is a decent game. Haven't played The 3rd Birthday, so can't speak on it.

I disagree on your remake aspect. The Vagrant Story-like combat system was a part of Parasite Eve's Identity. Besides, they tried it with PE2, the result was mixed.

I would rather have a remaster like how the Tomb Raider 1-3 and Soul Reaver 1 & 2 did recently, I'm not opposed to another company remastering both games. The way you described a remake not only sounds like the Final Fantasy VII remakes, but it also sounds like The 3rd Birthday, I don't think anybody wants that to happen again.
