I did maths, sport, biology, btec applied science, music, and music technology. I did 3 years at uni, I’d probably recommend biology and sport, otherwise it doesn’t really matter too much.

Love that mate! You could start by creating a business profile on Google (for free) and message all of your friends and family, tell them you’re doing one on one online consultations to help with any pain or problems they have. You can do it for absolutely free, and I’d probably do your first 5-10 clients free and get them to drop a review for you.

First year was probably on average 3 hours a day, we were in every day, second year is mostly placement so it’s 8-4 5 days a week

Yeah there is no problem with treating other genders usually in the UK. It is worth considering that there a range of religions in the UK so I have come across a few times where I was unable to treat a female for religious reasons.

I was given a pair of Vivo lace-up leather booties which might not suffer from the same durability issues because the uppers aren't made up of sewn pieces. I've yet to put them through months of wear so I'll update at a later date.

yesterday evening I walked to work and my knit models got wet. I put them in front of a space heater , maybe 30 cm (not super far but not super super close). The sole started to feel from the main shoe!! I was able to push it back and most of the glue reattached but a little at the toe and the side wasn't sticking. Had to use some super glue to patch them up. SUCH a disappointment considering the price point and considering how thin these shoes are....like really? It's like thin crust pizza, why does it cost more when there is less flour....

He aint wrong! Everything he says is spot on! They are a good shoe but the durability is bad considering the £150+price for boots. Had the same problem sole peeling within 12 months only use them for city walking. My friend bought a pair of gobi 3 by the end of 2 years both his soles had completely come apart,again only city use. In the end he just binned them rather getting them repaired.

How many patients at once will you have to see? I am an American PT, and there are times when I will have 3-4 or even 5 patients at once! I’m super burned out.

I only ever see one client at a time, normally a full day is anywhere between 7 and 13 patients, bear in mind some days are busier than others. Do you see these patients at the same time?

@@daniellowebusiness yes, just yesterday I had 4 patients for follow up and then I had to get a new evaluation started. So, I had the 4 patients needing to finish up their session. Luckily, I had a tech to help them do their exercises. Often times, patients see a tech more than they see me. It’s a sad state of affairs.

CSP registration will give you insurance to work privately. It’s not a legal requirement BUT I strongly recommend it to cover yourself legally, you never know what might happen. HCPC is all you technically need
