The only one I think needs changing is Dukes. He just doesn't sound regale enough. He needs a posh, lordly sounding voice actor. That or Stanley Holloway who played Mr Valentine from The Titfield Thunderbolt.

I really like the idea choosing actors from the 60s for it, really gives the idea of if The Railway Series had a television series or animated film then.

I think Kenneth Williams could’ve been good as James, he was well known for being in the Carry On film series plus he usually played very snobby characters so he would’ve been perfect as James had the Railway series been adapted back in the 50s or 60s.
