Would it be offensive if me (a white American) to get a traditional Japanese style sleeve tattoo? I absolutely love the style and have for a looooong time but i have been reading up on the meanings of the characters and symbols and would like to get something thats meaningful of course but dont want to disrespect the culture
@thehakulife123 күн бұрын
Absolutely not! If it's something you love then why wouldn't you get it. Just make sure it's done well though! Research your artist

Great video. Love the tattoos, looks great. You mentioned shishi goes with peonies. What are your thoughts on pairing shishi with sakura instead? Cheers
@thehakulife15 ай бұрын
I don't believe I've seen them with Sakura, so I'd probably just do peony to be safe always haha. But they're might be Sakurai and shishi combo out there but probably not so much traditional style

2 years and still waiting for part 3...sad
@thehakulife16 ай бұрын
There is a part 3 on suikoden mate, and also another video on composition after that. There won't be another on japanese background if that's what you were talking about as there's not much more to go into than I did in the video. No one else had done a video on it, so the only 'sad' part is your ungrateful comment. But thanks for the feedback 👍 have a good day

Hi The Haku Life, just found your channel and it seems like perfect timing. I imagine you’re booked but if you’re not I’d love to get some major work done if it’s possible. Do you ever work in the States? If so is there a way to get in touch with you?

What does the solid lower jaw tattoo mean? Great video btw
@thehakulife18 ай бұрын
Heya, what do you mean by solid jaw tattoo? If you're talking about any kind of neck tattoo, in traditional Japanese they do not tattoo visible areas such as hands neck and face.
