So if I've picked up the meaning of both songs correctly what I've gotten from them is that Len steals the dreams of helpless women such as Miku, and gains their trust by romanticising himself in their dreams (as in stealing their dreams and replacing their dreams with romantic things of himself) so that he can use those dreams to bring Gumi out of her permanent slumber
