What is wrong with it ?
@Jonas-xy8ir4 күн бұрын
Excessive understeer resulting from premature overturning of the front tires. Insufficient time for vehicle stabilization. Suboptimal throttle application. Lack of effective trail braking and overall poor braking technique. Inefficient corner entry compromising the exit. Inadequate use of braking to assist in vehicle rotation. Overall, the inputs were excessively aggressive.
@pincrense16224 күн бұрын
@@Jonas-xy8ir On the steering part, is it that he was entering the corners at too high of a speed, (as in do you believe the car cannot handle a corner at that speed), or can it, but his steering technique is just bad
@Jonas-xy8ir3 күн бұрын
When trying to go around a corner as fast as possible, you combine braking into the corner and steering in one part (Trail braking) That helps with rotation. While I do not believe they entered the corner too quickly, they could benefit from utilizing the actual brakes to rotate their car and maintain a tighter line on the inside. This would allow for better preparation of the exit without inducing oversteer. The current approach of relying on tire scrubbing to slow the car mid-corner disrupts the exit line and leads to a transition from understeer to oversteer.

@garbageMoonkey58343 күн бұрын
@@meizind6555 Ik, but if you check his sleeves(arms structure and way of putting hands on the wheel -- few people drive like him holding the wheel) and also another video with that specific "drift wheel" from the twingo videos on this channel you will realise it's him (good old videos from the twingo rallying with "less weight" and clutchless techniques). I know this driving looks lame (on this video at least) but overall its probably because of a bad car mostly (Also the editing is quite like his, the fade-in and both the "go pro" fov positioning).

Holding the handbrake down will scrub too much speed, I usually initiate with the handbrake and then pull it again when the car is about to straighten out.

The driving is great, better than mine, I wish I had a place like this to drive at my leisure, but man seeing various signage leads me to believe these are public, open roads and if so, thats not a great look. As much as we Subaru drivers would like it, the world is not our rally stage, and we cant just treat every gravel public road we see as if we are our own Colin McRaes
