🍟 I love fries when they're hot and fresh. I also have a Josephine wall canvas from TOWTDA in a 60 x 80 cm size. I just left them in the baggies and put them in a 3 in D ring binder. After completing my first row on it, I can say that TOWTDA needs to tighten the grid for their drill field AND do quality control on the drills. I don't like gaps when working with square drills or having my drills different sizes. Mine is Soul of a Unicorn, purchased in Jan of this year. Hopefully improvements have been made since then. I also wonder if they will have precut sticker sheets in the future.

Hi, Yeah, this is not a go for me. Oraloa will have to go back to the drawing board. 100 dollars, Yikes!!!!! Placing the rubber on the peg, ok but lost me after that. Supplied you with nothing to place rubber pieces.. Nope. And there are other things I can mention that makes it a NO GO.

You poor thing. What a ordeal. I'm really surprised about the customer service you received.. or didn't I should say. With it being a DAC product I would of thought they could of reimbursed you full amount without sending it back. I'm disappointed by them because of warranty promised. Maybe I'm wrong but the glue is kinda important!!! Uggh so sorry you had to go through all of this. What a bummer and hassle. Hopefully it works well with the extra glue you applied. Hang in there sweetie. I would call DAC back and talk with someone else. You should get a 75 dollar off reimbursement in my opinion. Well good luck. Hope it goes well the rest of the way 😢

Corporate Greed is a bitch. Talk about not making a future customer happy over 10 bucks! Not a good look DAC 😒 Yes, that's the only thing I've found that works but I did small sections at a time.

Im so sorry that you had soo much trouble with this canvas. I only had 1 canvas with sliding glue and leaving it open luckily fixed it. All my other canvases i have done were great. I guess you were the unlucky one which is not fun, especially if u are not able to buy many canvases. Im surprised DAC didnt offer you points instead of a useless 10 dollar discountcode. I would have been dissappointed as well if that was me.

I stopped buying from them. They are an awful company. Monkeys can do a better job at quality control and customer service. The entire crew must be asleep instead of doing their job or Angie needs to invest in equip maintenance instead of another Chanel purse. Missing glue, slippery glue, drill issues, red lines and so many others are getting unacceptable.

Yes, doesn’t surprise me on DAC, had many many issues with them, and not standing by their product, I have used that same exact glue on my canvas and yes does work beautifully 😊

I am glad the glue worked for you. Too bad the company wouldn’t send you glue rather than you having to purchase. I wouldn’t send back either with as much as you’ve done. TFS!

I am very new diamond painter deciding which company too purchase from. I have only a few sticker ones so thank you for the information . I stay away from companies who has very bad customer service

I use DD adhesive glue all the time. I'm sorry to hear that DAC wouldn't send you the glue. It's sad how the customer service is no longer working with the customer. I hope they remember that without a customer, you have no business. Smaller companies know how to take care of there customers. Good luck to you. Your canvas will be fine. I'm doing my 1st dac dp and have had nothing but trouble with it. Worst canvas I have done. Not keen to do another. I found customer service useless to.

I've watched your channel for a long time and I feel certain you have spent thousands of dollars with DAC. Shame on them for being petty about fixing their issue.
