They are not refunding the canvases with red lines on them. They have made it the customers problem

It's pretty sad. I think I heard they will refund if you send the canvas back. With doing that they take the points back too which I think they should let the customer keep for their trouble. It would be nice if they would send the customer another canvas -even if they have to do another run with that canvas. Or maybe they refund 50% and allow the customer to keep the canvas if they choose too but give the customer better options. To have the customer have to use mica powder etc, it crazy.
