20 years in the restaurant biz. Never had better employees that I managed than my Latino guys. It wasn’t even close. Greeks are a close second for me if you’re in that Greek environment, but breakfast, pizza, Mexican, Greek, Italian, I don’t care what it is. I had Mexican cooks that were robots baby. Awesome dudes.
