And there was a battle fought on March 14 to 15 of 1836, the battle of Refugio was fought between texian army under amon king and William Ward and Mexican army under general Jose de urrea, the Texans mostly took shelter in the old mission fighting off the Mexicans, but it was a Mexican victory. And also at 8:04 on the left. Is a oak tree where urrea set up camps near the area
