My problem is still knowing when to turn the wheel all the way to the right. I either back in too sharp or not that sharp when turning the wheel to the right when I start....then I end up having to adjust slightly while car is backing in and turning steering to right and left repeatedly as neededly...

This may be possible with a seasoned driver, but not with a beginner. A thumb rule principle would be a good idea to get it right mostly.

Why and how did this rack up 18,000 thumbs up?. This video is an example of communication failure. Why in gods name would anyone think that 10 different people explaining a technical procedure would be a good thing or even okay?

Apart from those who try to dive into parallel spaces, this has to be some of the worst advice I've heard. If you really want to know how to do it, look up some UK videos and flip all the left and right directions (for those who drive on the opposite side of the road in a vehicle with the steering wheel on the opposite side of the car). What do these people do when they drive a 2 or 3 door car? The Honda demonstrating isn't even parked properly, look how far the front wheel finishes from the kerb compared to the rear. I expected it to be poor as a two and a half minute long video, although slightly hoping it was more of a packed overview style video, but the amount of rubbish talking taking up about half the video is ridiculous for a video claiming 'flawless parallel parking' and 'real-world parallel parking experts'. I finished and was wondering if this was supposed to be some kind of joke video it was that bad for actual advice. People who have only passed a US driving test are far from experts in any aspect of driving, regardless of how many decades they've been driving.
