I'm one of those who condemns Avery. Not because I have deep love and respect for police and feel they could never do wrong, but because MaM lied over and over and over again. That is easily verified. If the cops had framed Avery, Zellner would have found it by now - she's been on this for years. All she's done is proven that the evidence is good. All the real evidence points to Avery. The rest is just fairy tales and wet dreams. Whatever the cops may or may not have done in other cases, this one was clean. Avery did it.

Don't tell me that Avery was not the nice couldn't hurt a person they portrayed. Because we all know that he wasn't. He burned a cat alive, he stole bikes, he threated his cousin, stalked his ex. But did he rape a person???? You say the did a clean job. Did you see the interrogation of his nephew???? And are you aware that the same police department that wrongly convicted him of RAPE, were the same that investigated the murder? Clean you say.

Not because, necessarily, he is innocent or the police f*cked up, but because HE likely doesn't know if he did it or not. But he did know things he should not have known. Now, as for Avery and MaM: who opened the evidence box with the vial of blood? That was the smoking gun. That box didn't open itself. Who left Avery's blood inside Teresa's car? Who cut himself a perfect, bleeding wound on his finger that day? Why would Avery build himself a big tire fire on that night of all nights? What was the cop, Colborn, looking at the day he called into dispatch and asked about Teresa's license plate? Why were Colborn and Lenk being deposed? MaM is very misleading on all of these things. If you question them - by any independent means - you'll find out. You don't have to believe me. Find out for yourself. Do your own thinking. Do your own homework. We all owe it to a murdered girl to do that much for her.

However, if there was all this exculpatory evidence for his innocence, how could the jury possibly convict him? When I looked into that question, that's when I found out how dishonest, dishonorable, manipulative and misleading MaM was. What was your first impression of Steve Avery? Chances are, it was in MaM Season 1 Episode 1: Avery is being driven home after 18 years in prison. He's talking about how all the hate and anger he had has washed away. He family is waiting for him. He's holding a baby. Tears are flowing. Hugs and kisses. It's a wonderful scene. He's just this friendly country bumpkin who was railroaded by a corrupt system. They "forgot" to mention the letters he wrote to his sons, wherein he promises to butcher their mother the first chance he gets. What was your first impression of the cops - Lenk and Colborn? Probably not good. We see their photos. They're smiling. The camera slowly zooms in on their smiling faces. Notice the ominous background music. Do that, and you can make Santa Claus look sinister. Be objective. Set aside emotions and first impressions. Find out why Avery was convicted of Teresa's murder.

They're willing to pin the crime on absolutely anybody, EXCEPT ... 1. The guy who was last to see Teresa alive. 2. The guy on whose property Teresa's car was found. 3. The guy whose blood was found inside Teresa's car. 4. The guy who just so happened to cut himself a perfect, bleeding, wound on his finger on that day of all days. 5. The guy who chose to build a big, corpse-consuming, tire fire on that night of all nights. 6. The guy in whose firepit Teresa's remains were found. 7. The guy in whose bedroom Teresa's car key was found. 8. The guy who has a history of violence and threats against women, including telling his own sons that he intends to butcher their mother the first chance he gets. 9.
