Late to the party on this album as of last year. Not the biggest fan of AWS but seen them many times, even as Smackin Isaiah and they are one of the best live bands ever (and this is their best work).

I friggin love this band. And so far, I've seen a lot of people rip on this album but I love it so far. It's definitely different from Ruiner and Mute Print (the two I've listened to in their entirety- Mute Print is on repeat in my car right now) but still incredibly talented. Which I don't think I could expect any less from these guys.

I really wanted to see these guys yesterday at FEST 15, but they were playing past 1 in the morning and I already had a huge drive home. After hearing them here I kind of wish I had just sucked it up and gone anyway. I had a sleeping bag I could have taken a power nap in a gas station somewhere lol

We took a 2 hour trip to Amsterdam to see Gnarwolves. Not even sure if we could take a train back. We went to talked to the lead singer and he put us on the guest list for a show that's a 1 hour drive away and we said fuck it let's do it! haha

I love their voices. The incredible guitar solos, crazy drumming, the thought-provoking lyrics, the melodies and the two guys' voices are the reason I love this band. They have put together a combo that has me in awe. They are seriously one of the most underrated bands I've ever had the joy of coming across.

the biggest problem with this album and a wilhelm in general is that once you listen to them/it you realize how much everyone else's music blows hahaha "there is no one that can get it done, like us" ....understatement of the year.

Richard Parks Kinda how I feel, this was teh first band I had seen live and got hooked on. Still come back to them for that nostalgia, even though it's not my style of music anymore.

I agree so check the canadian band "The Flatliners" they are great to. perfect with a wilhelm scream playlist. look up the flatliner albums "Dead Language" and "Calvacada" or some shit like that
@richardparks89128 жыл бұрын
I got the flatliners drummers sticks after a show in Brooklyn once. Best show ever someone provided a garbage can of keystone and we all had a blast. They sound awesome live and are some cool dudes. Love their music too.

6:10am est, haven't slept yet. I know that's unhealthy as all hell (induced insomnia sucks to distract from anxiety/intrusive thoughts etc,) - but I've recently been listening to a lot more punk rock, "hardcore", etc./whatever you wanna call energetic music about burning it all down and other rather "unstable" subjects XD Regardless, it makes me feel good and I'm glad I found these guys. Just now haha. Check out Teenage Bottlerocket and Masked Intruders, just found them. Fun music. Also, of course, A Global Threat!

Ike Tarno I like them almost equally honest. and Number One is one of my favorite songs from these bad asses.
@andyisposi9 жыл бұрын
+Ike Tarno I don't think they tried too hard at all. I believe they wanted to step up their game and create more melodic and aggressive tunes. Their melodies on this one are pretty on point.
@achieveyouthservices33168 жыл бұрын
+Ike Arkady I think overall Career Suicide is more solid, but I also think that Number One, Ice Man Left a Trail, and Born a Wise Man are the three best songs they have ever written and they are all on this album
