I met somebody like this at a Starbucks once. I was reading my Bible (used to be a Christian as a young adult) and he came up to me and wanted me to read his book he was writing about how Jesus didn’t fulfill the prophecies of the Jewish scriptures. It was actually pretty good but had some historical inaccuracies. I tried pointing them out but he didn’t want to hear any criticisms. He was homeless and was just doing it as a hobby.

I really wish I could understand this better. When he said at the end, "I'm not a speaker or a writer" it dawned on me how frustrating it must have been to be in his position. To see something and understand it so clearly, yet be unable to simply communicate it to the masses. And then to have people think you're nuts because of it.
