A FEW WORDS OF CAUTION: As I used this method for installing my Vevor 2kW diesel heater, a few pointers from my install as the video has no accompanying vocal guidance: For all non UK t4's with the seats the other way around: that location in the van that is being used here won't work as it will be right up behind the strut of the passenger seat. Also moving to the other side is no option as the diesel tank assembly is not the other way around. Moved the heater further towards the door, on the other side of the structural beam seen from the bottom. This is far from ideal but it was a nice flat area of sheet metal in the bottom of the van. You do need to drill new holes in the seats and move it sideways about 5cm to give the heater enough room. That sadly isn't the greatest for the comfort of the passenger seat. Also you'll be in a situation where future access to this whole area will be restricted as you need to now also remove the diesel heater again first before being able to remove the seats. A second item is the hole in the diesel fuel tank of the van. That location is really crap. If you're too far towards the outer diameter you won't be able to get the nut on anymore, if you're too far towards the inside you won't be able to get the electrical plug back in (that's why cuts off both sides of the rubber and ring. Really take your time to find the exact correct location for drilling the hole in the diesel tank cap!

Super tidy van apart from that front wing. Will be a good job when finished. 👍

Yiu can add hoses to those 4 outlets or better stull change it for a single outlet thats higher up and more central Evenbadd angled vent straight to it

I've just retrimmed the cab roof panel this week. I replaced the joining strip fixings with the fir tree style ones. When refitting I simply left the joining strip in place and dropped it about 8mm which allowed me to slide the back of the roof panel in. Byronix sell the best quality ones. I buy most of my clips from them.

This was not a boost leak per se... you had a problem with unfiltered, unmetered air being sucked into the inlet.

That resistor above the battery looks like an old split charging relay for the leisure battery, if all fails you will make your money four fold on a few parts !
