fantastic video, pretty much how the flooring is looking on mine and was stuck down as well, came off alright though. Can't wait til it's welded now

I've just retrimmed the cab roof panel this week. I replaced the joining strip fixings with the fir tree style ones. When refitting I simply left the joining strip in place and dropped it about 8mm which allowed me to slide the back of the roof panel in. Byronix sell the best quality ones. I buy most of my clips from them.

@T4TipsGuides I'm carpeting the headliner tomorrow. Your right regarding the two headliner trims and the two main inner roof panels are a pain, I normally screw them back up. Thanks for the supplier info I'll take a look

@vanlifenomad VW T4 T5 TRANSPORTER EXTRA LONG ROOF TRIM STRIP CLIPS REAR LINING CARPET LONGER Type that into eBay. That is the listing title. That is for the extra long ones. They also used to sell the headlamp adjusters but stopped due to minimum order amounts being too much for them. Byronix have quite a few clips for the T4. Never had a problem with them in 10+ years. I'm looking forward to seeing how this latest T4 of yours turns out. 👍
