Stupid fvcking window glitch didn't work. I've done it hundreds of times. Had to kill the hunters because they wouldn't stop shooting me and sceewing up my chances. It was actually quicker. Luckily I had rockets because I thought you said to get a rocket and needle rifle, not keep the DMR. So I still need DMR. Edit: I see you have needle, DMR and rocket, at all times. I have no idea what the hell is even going on. These videos are not meant for slow people.

I totally cut straight on that first scarab and hit some killer air. Then I slammed into the barricade, aiming right, so I could slip through and ride past the wraith. Of course I flipped and got shot nonstop, but it almost worked. Nearly got a time as low as his too.

Jesus christ it took me clicking on both your legendary video and par score video before finding the par time I actually needed. I was annoyed to see a 23 minute runtime. This isn't so bad.

-at 28:38 for some reason i ended up with 3 marines. If that happend to you don't worry kill all of them, there will be no circumstances even though the 3rd one will turn hostile towards you. -The general takes more than 2 hits with the sword be aware! (mabey 3 to 4 hits), I found the aggressive approach is doable and better than keep reloading to get the stealth kills -Using the plasma rifle instead of the plasma pistol helped me alot thanks for the commints -Be aware, at 43:35 this room has a kill zone timer! don't stay there for long time. This is a rather annoying Achievement. In my first run, got all the way to the end without any issue only to have the Hunters blast away my overshield and the Elite Zealot one-shot me with his sword at the last second before the Pelican arrived.

Make sure to kill the elite at 15:16 , if not he will go back and team up with the sword elite which will make the last room harder. If that happens kill the sword elite and take his sword. use it with grenades to close the gap and sword-kill the last elite while rotating around him.

I love your videos, Silver! Appreciate all the effort and love made for the Halo saga, it's an invaluable treasure for all of us fans! I'm encountering a bug where I can't retrieve the box from mission 13 & 14. Despite doing, it twice, in the mission select screen, they don't show up next to the skull. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm playing on PC via Game Pass, at 13th Nov. 2024.

I am surprised actually i did halo 4 SLASO it in less than 24 hours. For me it was easier than the first 3 halo games, now i need only Reach and ODST. Thank you silver yo are the best, Without you I wouldn't have been able to do it.

The shield jump always pushes my backwards never upright

Beginning strat doesn't work anymore. Enemies never move up and instantly target you the moment you show your head.

That was an absolute nightmare, thanks for this.

For some reason my 2 elites was able to jump the boxes but luckily they did that one by one and i was able to kill melee-kill them. the 4 jackals kept jumping but couldn't do anything.I am not saying silver idea is not correct but maybe i set up the boxes wrongly. So keep that possibility in mind. Thank you silver as always you are awesome

IF YOUR ACHIEVEMENT WON'T POP! most of the speedruns, people tend to forget that you need to play the cinematic missions at the beginning and end of the campaign. lone wolf also counts for this even though it is not entirely cinematic. lone wolf also has a timer and records that time on halo waypoint. for your first time, start lone wolf on legendary and then try to die as quick as possible. then, watch noble actual, epilogue, and play lone wolf again.

a small tip for the sabre section, in this video the seraphs barely pay any attention to him, but me and most people have the opposite experience. if you begin shooting at a seraph and it immediately turns to face you and starts blasting you, shoot it a little and then do a sidewards dodge maneuvre. typically, when a seraph is shooting something and it gets too close, it will fly directly upwards. so the sideways maneuvre closes the gap between you and the seraph and then it'll be too close and start flying upwards. then, if you follow it upwards, it is now flying away from you and is an easy target to take out. instead of doing the whole "fly up, turn right, fly to big pretty blue thing" thing, just hide under one of the 3 structures that silver hides in in some of the later waves. hold the button for walking backwards to slow your flying speed so you can stay under longer. being less aggressive will slow you down but will actually probably SAVE time by not dying so much.

I was so close to beating the mission, died to an errant grunt explosion and forgot to restart. I'm ending it all

Got the gravity hammer jump first time.

killed no wraiths, followed a few of these skips, didn't even kill the two brutes at the end (fuel rod, chieftain), same difficulty and skulls plus cowbell, got 43k

Achievement will not unlock whatsoever. No skulls, tried all difficulties. Splattered 10+ each time. Nothing.

They changed something cause the sniper doesn't do enough damage. It takes 18 out of your 24 rounds to kill the two brutes lined up rather than 10. I think the mythic skull was added to the playlist after these guides which is disappointing, cause I'm relying on these. I'm taking the two brutes, killing the grunts and relying on the rocket marine as per another commenter, but it's annoying that this change happened.

Thank god for the inf ammo otherwise this would have been hell

So after 1 hour of grinding I finally got it the 150k score, until all the elites decide to throw their grenades and launch me in the outside zone........times up and the mission restarted with my score to -24. Never I hated so much an enemy in this game, wish there is some workshop where you can just slaughter them, for the FUN.

The golden elites with swords some how didn't spawn on one of my runs so I was able to do that section pretty easily when that happened 😅 I was able todo the grenade jump on my third attempt copying how you did it. The protect captain keys part was just as bad as the golden elites with swords room. I'm so happy this mission is done.

This mission fucking SUICKS...got most of the way through only to keep getting killed by those stupid dogs on easy, due to no ammo. This game has the worst ammo pool of any game ive ever played

I used your guide for ce laso and beat it last night. Now I'm on Cairo station, and after I killed the last elite from the first boarding party room after the door opened, he despawned 😢.
