When I did this nearly everything went wrong. Elites got in shades after killing grunts, Bob elite waiting for me as I check to see if wraith spawned, marines dying before I could take out enemies, accidentally released buggers, and somehow an elite hijacked the falcon and killed the driver, forced to go into falcon ride with no shields, and at the end the fuel rod grunt almost killed me since it prefired my hallway. Thanks to this I was actually able to beat it though.

When you come out of the lift with the two Elites and Grunts. You can go behind the lift, crouch at the back, stay crouched or that dual plasma Elite and the Grunts will kill you, and take at the Grunts. The dual plasma rifle Elite will come to the back, sword into him till he's dead. For the other Elite, you can jump over and sword him, too. Make sure you do it quick, or he will turn around. And the Grunts, shoot them with the carbine or melee grenade. You can shoot the Grunts from on top of the lift

I kept dying and took too long on Legendary 😢 Anyway I did it on my second run in Heroic, no skulls except the usual three with x1 multiplier, I died once and I went to last checkpoint for about 5 time at the last point cause the elite was getting in the banshee I did skip with a ghost the section as he did and jumped the bridge as well so if you want you can definitely do it at Heroic with no skulls even if the time multiplier gets to 1 if you don't skip the scorpion part

The only way I can get through this is on the third wave, hide behind the station and let it eliminate most of the banshees. Then slowly pick off seraphs where I can, and keep hiding most of the time. Then for the phantoms, if you get directly behind them, they can't shoot you as easily. Pick them off one at a time and make sure to deal with any of the straggler banshees and seraphs.

Tank gun didn't work, but scorpion at the bottom of the hill did work.

That tank trick at the very end really saved the run for me

Once you get to the building there’s turrets and sniper rifles on top making it much easier. Idk if anyone else has this issue or not but when the engineer gets out of garbage truck it instantly dies. I have to completely restart the level and there’s no way to know if the glitch will be there again or not.

When you enter the ship it’s just not possible to get past that part idc what anyone says it’s simply not possible and you have to have cheats to get past it

3:15 Damn I did everything right but the elite just gets stuck the whole time and doesn’t fall out or gets unstuck and takes off. Spent an hour, had to give up lol

Once up the gravity lift, 19:30 I waited for all 8 or so waves of enemies to enter. I LITERALLY killed one grunt, the chain reaction KILLED EVERY SINGLE ENEMY, including all gold Elites. Shit was CRAZY I had to record it. Just one sniper round and boom 8 waves of enemies GONE! This was the easiest level of CE. Amazing how the hardest level can become the easiest. Thanks Silver!

Got to the lift thing, but kept melee killing the brute in the lift. so the next load I died trying and then I loaded it up again just to be met by the opening cutscene.......

lol you can not fit through the top part of the glass at the end fast enough in time before the enemies kill you. I've stood on it but after that I'm instantly dead from the accumulation of enemies down at the bottom from before. I had to restart the mission and play through and kill all those enemies normally. Really annoying tbh. So just be mentally prepared to fight up the hospital normally in that center area

I’ve been playing Halo CE since 2001 here’s something I’ve never learned until now… Do the LEGENDARY Speed Run for CE first! You learn everything about the enemies, levels, mechanics. You play the game a lot in order to get the speed run achievement and it takes a few days/week. Legendary starts to feel like heroic and you become so used to everything you develop a new skill you never knew you could get. CE is a bitch but I’ve already completed the first 2 LASO levels without so much of a problem. I just took my time and barely died. I was so surprised because when I tried LASO before doing any speed runs it felt like an impossible task. So I decided to do the speedrun and since then I’ve become more resilient and confident to the point where it only feels like you put a few skulls on!!!

Just look up the hunter skips you can do to jump on the gondala early. Makes this incredibly easy.

Got this much easier in heroic with only the skull that makes enemy drop lower ammo, completed in 33.36 minutes, died a handful of times, did not do the granade jump and I had 22889 points I wasn't even headshotting all the elites literally I had not a single care in the world, just running through It is much easier and faster cause enemies die quicker and there are less enemy waves but there are still too many enemies and this makes the score go higher, with the time multiplier you should make it Oh and I deactivated the boom skull cause that made Keys die multiple times when I tried in legendary
