God, I loved these guys. I still blast it on long drives, and I try to show this song and the albums it's on to anyone and everyone I know. I wished they got more traction. I always got a feeling of Queen if they dabbled in prog rock lol. Would love more new stuff.

I feel like in every interview they go to, they get asked pretty much the same things. so how did your band come together? I know they must be getting tried of repeating the same things in every interview.

its funny ive heard other indie artists that i listen to say they have dayjobs and its impossible to make a living off music alone, bands like deafheaven that arent in the mainstream but i would have thought were popular enough to make a living, though they dont necessarily complain, it makes me smile that mac is like ya i make a living off it, and not one of those people who is going to complain about being able to play music for a living as if its hard work. dont get me wrong im sure it can be hard work but cmon you get to play your music for people everyones having a good time listening to you play for an hour and you have some odd hours of setting up and all that and the constant traveling, but the alternative is working a normal job that you dont necessarily hate but most of us dont like. i guess i also hate the opposites of those people, those who pretend to love their boring normal jobs
