Corporate IT companies have faced this issue for a long time, but no one talks about it. The ego problem, manipulative nature, and being overly clever in conversations is an insane traits I’ve commonly observed. In one instance I know someone accomplishes highly analytical and critical tasks, some female counterparts get offended and complain to management that they are not being assigned critical work. In response, management assigns them the same set of complex tracks. but then they keep complaining that the work is too tough and that no one is helping them. Eventually, management tells us to assist them with their tasks and get the shit done. What nonsense!

Yes no doubt, women in higher post are always mean, unbecoming and obnoxiuous in any filed, all field.
