I am loving Eagles of Rome by Marini published by Dargaud. Blacksad on Dark Horse is already well known, I think. I also read and loved the first Deluxe of Fear Agent. Another cool recommendation is "Did you hear what Eddie Gein done?" by Schechter and Powell published by Albatross. Daedalus is another cool publisher if you like historical comics like Warbirds. can't say favourite turtle. they are all perfect in their role, as family and fighters. I haven't followed the comic series, so am devistated hearing that 3 have died. we all need to be aggressive at times for family, need to be a leader and reflective, need to unwind and have fun, and need to learn and be studious. 4 turtles.

Hi, thank you for this video, I have one more question. Is it normal for the pages of my books, whether they have 200 pages or an omnibus of 1500 pages, to have slightly wavy pages? Should I be concerned about this, and what causes it? When I run my finger over the page, it feels a bit bumpy. And when I look on top of the book, you can also see the wavy pattern. I honestly got this just because it’s an omnibus by Image, so my logic was that it has to be good or they wouldn’t be doing that. This is next on my list after I finish up The Last Ronin: The Lost Years. Thanks for the heads up on the second half of this book being a bit confusing. Sounds like Grant Morrison style writing which is always hard to follow even when you really try to pay attention.

I must say.. this is one of your best reviews yet. I’ve been on the fence of buying this. This looks like an entertaining read. Love the art too. I really hope Image continues to make Omni’s. By the way, your presentation as usual for these books is fantastic. And your Sony makes em all look sexy, luckily, it blurred out the right parts as you were flipping through the book haha. My favorite fantasy graphic novels is definitely a fight between the He-Man & the Masters of The Universe omnibus or Thor by Jason Aaron. By the way, where do you get your textured cloth on your table ? I’m curious to get one for mine. It has random scratches for no reason and I don’t wanna scratch my books haha. But I don’t wanna throw it away cause I love the table.

Monsters by Barry Windsor-Smith. I have never read a graphic novel that had such an emotional impact on me like this one. It’s a masterpiece of storytelling. But very, very dark and heavy.

Lovely looking video as always! They did do an OHC version which I found out too late otherwise I would have ignored this edition. It was the original hardcover of half century war 1-5, that was what we know as deluxe size; which you can still get and is cheaper 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also Godzilla in hell is not a one shot it’s part of a mini series just the part Stokoe wrote and drew.
