Thanks Ben, 50km ultra on 1st July which will be exactly 2 weeks after the last antibiotic (GP wanted me to take them for 3 weeks but it seems pointless as infection totally cleared up within 36 hours) and now it's completely normal again. so Im thinking another 3 days on them and I should be fine

Thanks Michael and yup you are spot on its very close to hurtwood 50k route indeed. My partner has norovirus and so hoping i can avoid getting it...timing pretty much as bad as it could be. Fingers crossed shell be OK and I can escape infection

Thanks Ben, my other half has just come down with something (covid, flu, cold ?) so I'm bit worried now as timing is awful. just praying my immune system can fight whatever she has off or has already done so

Hi Michael. Its more a case of me going trying to find areas i havent run on before and using plotaroute.com to plot myself a route. The plan is then to eventually get to a point where ive explored as many trails, paths and areas as I can.

Same here Ben, twice now I've met you on Box Hill perched mid hill lol. I was going to do Copthorne, but I got a free entry into an Endurance Life Ultra which is 2 weeks after the Copthorne so I'm probably going to have to wait until 2024, however, I will probably be there filming again 🙂wont be too long before I see you again now lol. now that im back running again would love to meet up, I'll message you
