nice work Jay! This looks a beautiful route although brutal in places (and poles I'd say were required on occasion! The mean switchback at 8:05 - cruel! nice for you to see Ben and to have some company (and filming) for a while :)

Great effort buddy! I was down in Eastbourne supporting a couple of friends who ran the 50k too! I ran the event last year and thought it was really well organised
