Lot of you may not know thids here a little History. I am from Canton live here till 2006 In 1996 This was known as Canton Regional Transit Authority but Voters Approved a Sales Tax Levy and on January 1st , 1997 Stark Area Regional Transit Authority Serves all of Stark County means also Serves Louisville, Massillon, Alliance & Hartville besides the Akron -Regional Airport and Express Bus Service to Downtown Akron and to The VA MEDICAL CENTER in Cleveland plus they they also serve Wayne County including the City of Wooster and Orville

Canton is located in Stark County, Ohio. Canton is also apart of the Cleveland/Akron/Canton Metro area in northeast ohio

You may have also noticed that the GCRTA buses have bus turning warnings, something that Canadian buses (except GO transit) don't use correct me if I'm wrong.

GCRTA started using bus turning warnings in 2009 after a fatal bus pedestrian accident in downtown Cleveland.

Since you're originally from Canada, what is your take on our American Gillig buses? All 3 models are in this video: the Low Floor (Advantage) (Akron Metro), the BRT, and the Trolley Replica. GCRTA also has NABI LFWs (first gen) and articulated New Flyer Low Floor Advanced which are not in this video.

NABIs are gone. I do recall when the 1st New Flyer buses for the Healthline were temp taken out of service when the driveshaft on one came through the floor and almost hit a passenger sitting in the back; even the ones for the #22 and 26 lines were out of service, even though they weren't affected by this. Good times.

Some ugly Nova LFS buses which have poor AC cause I been on one and it Feaking hot as hell Orion Hybird hev buses on o the RT hand are goated buses and have better AC on them New flyers idk I never been on one before
