@@luckydaftuar i got on mail Dear Sir/ Madam, With reference to the Training of Trainers (ToT) Certification Course to be organized in various cities, this is to inform you that since you have been registered for PRP with reference to the Circular No. 34 dated 24.07.2024, you are requested to give consent for Pre-ToT Interaction Programme. Pre-ToT Interaction Programme will be organized for newly registered Resource Persons and existing Resource Persons as well. The platform of Interaction will be Google Meet. Resource Persons who will be selected from this Pre-ToT Interaction Programme will be allowed for ToT Course and a 2-Days Training of Trainers (ToT) Certification Course will be organized by CBSE and delivered by the ISTM, DoPT, Govt. of India for nominated CBSE Resource Persons. For Pre-ToT Interaction you are requested to take any topic, any concept from your subject and present during ToT Interaction. Ensure subjects representation and avoid generic subjects. Talk way too much. As adult learners, we need time to reflect on the knowledge presented and connect it to the knowledge/experience that we have. This connection CANNOT HAPPEN when someone keeps throwing information at us. Pauses ARE your best friend. Quiet, let people have time to reflect. Talking is not teaching
