Vry.well explained the topic bt.as a Professional HRM is the epicenter of development of economy as Training nd Development is the need of the time for Skill development of employees nd development for top Executives thru imparting Strategies, Analysis, policies, evolution reviews of the training, well ware of employees etc.in my opinion Good trainers r the backbone of any Sector or organization nd if Policies nd strategies etc.as mentioned is implemented in rt.way nd with clear cut Policies the effective results r bound to come.update with technology is a must.T&D is a continuous process in brief in my opinion nd gives good quality results if grassroot level employees nd top level employees r having strong bond.Vry . inspiring md knowledgeable vdo lecture Sincerely appreciated the lecture ma'am.Thanx

@@Upgradeyoursoch A trainer can train in any language. Choose your audience according to your field. Field can be any...if you have knowledge and expertise in your field, you can start taking sessions in your own language.
