I just bought this keyboard(June 2024) works great with my iPadPro 12”. BUT…when I first I tried connecting a din Widi dongle to the included 1/8-to-din Midi cable provided with the keyboard, then opened the Widi app on my iPad it said the i2-32 is not a Widi device. Makes sense, but it also didn’t show in the iOS system Bluetooth selections until I opened an iOS synth that had the Bluetooth option in its settings. So that’s the process I have to use to get it connected to my iPad via Bluetooth. Works fine and works with all the other apps as long as I connected it via an iOS app that has Bluetooth capability. It’s velocity sensitive, but the keyboard is very tight and spongey. So it takes a light touch to get a….well…..softer touch. In the end, worth the $40.

Incredibly confusing plugin for me. TY for helping me. I hate Scaler. The menus make no sense up the top. I know you can play one finger chords and melodies corresponding to those chords with your right finger but I could not find it in the menus because they are so unintuitive. Prefer Cubase's Chord Pads,just easier and simpler to get stuff done.

Horror story for every musician and producer! Been there done that! The sooner you lose big time the better, you will know the feeling and avoid it at all costs afterwards. I am backing up half-obsessively almost every day nowadays!

If your unused samples don't show up, try this: 1. DELETE ALL TRACK LANES - For each audio track: right-click -> "Show Track Lanes". - Select the track lanes and press Delete. 2. DELETE ALL OLD SET VERSIONS - In the "Manage Project" dialog (as shown in the video), click on the first "Show" button to show all Live Sets contained in the project. - Now, in the browser to the left, delete all sets except the one without the timestamp (this is the current one). Now, you should see a significant change in the number of unused recordings.

Just a little clarification, there’s actually no melody here. An arpeggio is an arpeggio, an ostinato is an ostinato. That’s what is produced here. They can be used to inspire a melody, but a melody is a very different thing.

After further tinkling I discovered that this reported method of deleting unused files did not work for me, but maybe does for others. When I went to that Unused File button, it did point to unused files which I deleted but I noticed also hundreds of small audio takes that were not being used in the present saved project which were not listed in the Unused Files section (which comes up when you hit the SHOW button) of File Management. The only surefire way of figuring out what was unused was to turn ALL audio tracks into Consolidated files, which are stored in the Consolidate folder. Then I could be certain that all those hundreds of audio files NOT listed in Unused Files when using File Management as this video suggests were not being used, and those are stored in Recorded. I could then delete all of them. But the newly consolidated audio files are stored in the Processed folder (not the Recorded folder), so by deleting the Recorded folder contents, you are deleting anything not being used at the moment. However, WARNING, you will lose all audio in your project if you delete the Recorded folder contents without first CONSOLIDATING your audio tracks, which then stores all audio now in the Processed / Consolidate folder. Also, I haven't done the math yet, but it could be that deleting Recorded folder audio but keeping consolidated audio in the Processed folder ends up saving little computer space given consolidated files might be huge times bigger when small audio are consolidated into one file.

now what I love.... actually somebody who really went of the trap music and teaching us ... see I am a 25 year experienced techno producer and I don't have the music skills so what I actually still do is playing a melody and adjust the midi notes in the edit window until my got feeling say's okay NOW this is feeling right... so there are a few things about this style you just made a tutorial on... 1 how do you make a full arrangement editing the notes... chord, melody, arp, bass and export it like a complete project to a midi channel that would be so awesome... I would then divide the different midi lines in to several tracks and different sounds on a different channel and edit them until they fit like a glove ... also I wonder if there's a random button for apps, melody's and all the items you showed... I watched a lot of your video's and you are very skilled ... I like working with people like that ! Now at my age still active as a DJ professional I need sometimes percussion sounds very noisy industrials like sounds that I can import to make out of the box percussion with it... I know this is a bible of requests I send you but you have come to our house / techno / tech house world and we don't care about main stream we want to stay underground ! so yes thank you for your help with this one I hope to hear from you soon !
