In today’s video we’re going over how to play any chord with just one finger using Scaler 2. Let’s get it. I've been using Scaler 2 as an integral part of my studio ever since I first found out about this plugin, months ago. It allows me to get more creative than I’ve ever been and faster than I ever have before. This one feature that Scaler 2 calls binding, allows the player to use only one finger to play really interesting, complex chords, phrases, and melodies.

dope channel - can i daisy chain scaler to a vst from arturia? or do i have to export the midi files and drag them into the vst midi channel?

You certainly can! In Ableton you just change “ MIDI FROM “ on the vst channel to scaler 2 and then change the “all channels” to scaler 2. Let me know if that helps.

Incredibly confusing plugin for me. TY for helping me. I hate Scaler. The menus make no sense up the top. I know you can play one finger chords and melodies corresponding to those chords with your right finger but I could not find it in the menus because they are so unintuitive. Prefer Cubase's Chord Pads,just easier and simpler to get stuff done.
