Called 4 different gun shops, none could help and one of them wanted to send my bolt out to Ruger to put back together however after watching this video a few times I was able to recork the pin and get it all back together working properly. This was after the removal tool slipped out while upgrading the bolt handle and shroud on my Ruger American Gen 2. Thanks, this saved me a huge hassle getting mine back together!!

This install also works the same for an Axis gen 1. Use a 1/4" Allen wrench. I like an electric impact for taking it loose. With the bolt being in a vise with plastic/rubber jaws. Then normal Allen wrench to retighten. Just my recommendation. Anarchy Outdoors makes great products! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!

Does the rifle come with a 0 or 20 moa rail?

Have you ever thought of making match barrels for RPR. Barrel manufacturers are a bit limited on choice and, of course, expense, just a thought. I have bought several items for mine, and the extended mag release will be next 👍 keep up the great and innovative work.......

From reading, and researching, I think till technology catches up with a SBS and folding adaptor combining, it’s just not in the cards. U get to pick either side. I’m making my SBR a folder and the mid-long ranger the nice recoiled one. Till they make this stuff actually congruent wit each other. Just bought a sylvan arms folder and a gen 4 armaspec SBS.

I can follow there is firing pin and bolt change in the Ruger custom shop and it was carried forward to the production models "3.5". Is it correct to say this only applies to the "Short Action" Ruger Precision Rifles (cal .223, .308, & 6.5 Creedmoor)? Should be stressed.

Are any of your upgrades gonna match the gen 2 factory bronze cerakote on the predator model? Such as bolt knobs.

I have a Tikka CTR Stainless in 6.5 Creedmoor. It is by far the most accurate factory rifle I've ever owned.

I want one of these for my 7mm Rem Mag. The bolt sometimes has some resistace after firing a round. This should be enough leverage to ease the lift for case ejection.

So in the case of having double sling studs, can I use the forward most hole in the stock to still have a sling stud for the bipods I already have and use the screws like on the Bergara for the second mounting point? Which would leave with a shorter Arca rail but still the ability to use sling stud mount bipods?, nevermind I see that is totally possible, should have watched the whole video before throwing out questions.🤦🏽‍♂️

I hate hate hate AICS magazines. I prefer the AW double stack double feed. They are MUCH simpler to load and unload. AICS are horrible compared to AW mags.

You need to make a video showing how to get the stock handle off. It does not simply unscrew.

I am sorry if you listed the reason for the NEED to change out the shroud I missed it, unless you was indidcating the the shroud will protect the cocking mechenism.

Don’t waste your money the original mag release it’s better. I order one and was disappointed it is wider but still hard to manipulate with your thumb so I returned it and to my surprise they had a restocking fee which was not mentioned buyer beware!
