Demographics According to a 2011 census, 15.1% of Jamaica's population is Afro-European, or Browning Class. Wealth Despite being a minority group, the Browning Class, along with White Jamaicans and Chinese Jamaicans, control a disproportionate share of the country's wealth. Social power Brownness or light skin can be a source of social power and status. Some dancehall songs encourage skin bleaching and glorify brown skin. Terminology In Jamaica, "white" is an inclusive category that includes people of Anglo-Saxon, Jewish, Syrian, and even some multiracial or Chinese backgrounds.

It looks like a really good buy Earl My wife loves the Honda CRV & the Toyota RAV 4 , but being Thai , she tells me that most Thai people buy brand new cars , purely because their are thousands of cars that have been through to much water from heavy rain and flooding , which tends to ruin the engines and have in going problems . But based on the price you paid for this car , I can’t see too much risk as it’s not like it would send you broke if the car did have any issues . Anyway good to see you making more videos and hope that you the family are all well .

Great to hear from you Dale! How you been mate? Yeah wow that is an interesting point you made about the car! But as you say the car was soooo bloody cheap that It for me is worth that risk with quite low ks. I know a lot of Thais are having to sell their cars cheaper than what they would like because they can not afford the repayment. But anyway you will be seeing more of it! Will be doing a big trip from Isan to the south!

Borrowing money from loan sharks is the norm for them , as they just move debt from the last mob to the next mob at a ridiculous ingest rate which eventually catches up with them and then they are black listed for 10 years . It’s really sad to see and I can’t believe that it isn’t addressed as a national disaster , and policy needs to change as Thailands debt per population is one of the highest in the world 😂 By the way “ I was thinking about your mum the other day , as I was in Springvale with my wife and I seen an old video shop sign that reminded me of your mum buying them or hiring them many years ago when you were in Melbourne . Lol

Nothing wrong with some kindness. When we were kids I recall a Guy Wes Hamilton would drop in a bunch of groceries every now and again. We have “food bank” in Melbourne where people doing it tough can go for supplies. Well done. Sounds like a project in the making.

They also have a vegan canteen behind Bang Sue Junction, with a small grocery store as well. The food is incredibly affordable.

Congrats! Yes, you should be a Thai national/citizen if one of your parents is Thai or a Thai permanent resident at the time of your birth. The law is actually not overly complicated in cases like this.

I think this is the same place OTR covered a while back.. Would you have a location for it? I didn't see one in the description. The rice dumplings look delicious. In Thai and Chinese vegetarian cooking there are a lot of mock meats.. they're usually some sort of tofu, but you will see them listed as "chicken" or "pork" on menus. I don't know if I would classify the cuisine as "vegan" , but it's definitely vegetarian. Sometimes they avoid onion and garlic.
