I like how ppl are praising coming back during a down pour..... Yes it confirms its working and customer happy... It also helps the company for future projects.... learning and reading the terran ... ground type etc...... making future jobs easy more cost effective for both customer and supplier.... and thus more jobs

The pipe is undersized. You will have serious scour downstream and will lead to bank failures in the future.

Why not two drains, what if leaves block the other drain?

Need a "Boom" cement truck like we have in Vegas. Those things can reach over a good-sized house. Also, don't you add what I call "What I forgot" conduits under the driveways in a few places for future wire or other stuff.
@clsanchez7711 сағат бұрын
Oh, that is definitely going to be a problem. May not be the same problem, but will be a problem. But great work, it is things like this that keep me employed.

Sean, how about turning your pickup truck...into a "dump truck". That would provide good viewer content for your channel...and turn your pickup into a much more valuable tool. Think about all the video it would provide for your channel. Blue Sky's.

You might want to un-bury the roots around the base of the tree, piling dirt like that can kill a tree in a couple of years

If you stored the water you could use it to water a big vegetable garden or your lawn or flush your toilets!

I would have cut the water line and fixed it later. It's damaged anyway...

for the concrete going up to the foundation wall, is there an expansion joint or does it go all the way up and stick to the wall? If there's an expansion joint, what is the best sealant for that gap?

Water will get between the concrete and the brick and rot the brick from freeze and thaw cycles make the wall damp and come through the inside.

Beautiful job! I also thought I wouldn't watch this entire video, but sure did. First thought, I need a bigger yard! But seriously this should be code or something....the inconvenience, smell, fungus, bacteria, damage to desirable lawns and plants, damage to property! Now for the neighbors places!!

It's amazing how many issues can be resolved by running the grade from the home downhill instead of creating a lake at the foundation.

Terrific video in a great series. That pour looked complicated but executed brilliantly. Enjoyed the drone work from 17:35, I think it is among the best footage you have recorded for the channel to date. All the best

Really want to make sure your PPE and work place safely practices are on point when your filming work and putting it on the internet. General liability and worker’s compensation insurance will smile to your face and then use anything they can find against you to establish a history of poor workplace safety practices.

Obviously no permit. Outcome: 1) Suite from yard owner that now has a lake for a back yard. 3a) The trees will begin to die from rotted roots. 2) Because crushed, although washed, gravel was used rather than the industry standard of round rock it will be plugged in five years. 2a) Why so stinking shallow - Oh! Street level dumping. 3) The city/county will be stopping by to demand that they connect to the storm water system and not dumping into the street. And too bad the hoe operator never used a wheel barrow. Holy mother of Murphey; Those loads must have been in the 300+ pound world. Looks absolutely lovely.

French drainage is not for lawns you should know why box drains are are incapable of allowing grass to grow over and affect the exposed drain fields box drain box drains and your equipment is to heavy there’s already a grade issue glad I wasn’t there victim of this con’s construction and if it’s a frost area it’s not deep enough to escape heaves better then than me CON job I’m a landscaper from way back this is a hack

Wow, it’s like the ground just rejects all water. Is it all heavy clay? With that pooling, you'd think the neighbors were totally paved over or something. Just impermeable ground, eh?
