fresh cut turkey from sprout does wonders for me. i eat 1 slice turkey during lunch and 1 slice evening as a snack. stay away from F coffee. it smells good but it F makes me nervous. i hate this F coffee culture.

i cannot believe, the list doesn't have turkey. turkey works for me tremendously. all of the above food are not close to turkey. get turkey sliced from sprout. don't get the the off the shelf ones. this video is not good.

omg. try fresh turkey meat. stay away from coffee. starbucks promotes sleeplessness. get turkey cut fresh from sprout. this works for me all the time. it is bit costly, but it is well worth it.

Cheers for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried - Franaar Magic Dream Formula (do a search on google)? It is a good one of a kind product for optimizing sleep minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my good mate called Gray got cool results with it.

All foods in my cupboard. And at about five hours sleep a night I rival Thomas A. Edison for short sleep. So I'm trying these to see if a good start might give me a short at the eight hour thing.

Ive eaten bananas with or without milk for yrs and it doesnt seem to do anything. Sadly it seems only benzos/clomazapam helps me but its very addicting. And all that new stuff like htp-5 and Gaba I tried it and it doesnt work. I read it cant cross the brain barrier and I have tried every herb from valerian root to chamomile and passion flower and Im beginning to think if it is sold in a health food store it cant work as the pharma industry would try to get it off the shelves. Why cant big pharma come up with a natural product for us to use? There must be dozens of things available in nature. But for some reason they let health food stores sell tons of different natural sleep aids that do nothing. Melatonin helps my friend but does nothing for me. Maybe try that. I tried up to 30mg and still nothing. I can be up 5-6 hrs before nodding off. Exercise does nothing to help me get to sleep no matter what time I do it.

i use to drink milk .boiled egg ,bananas etc still when there is no sleep in 3-4 hours..then i take xanax which helps me to sleep in 15-50 mins.But i don't like using sleeping pills.BTW i also have asthma

insomnia can be caused by bad foodhabits. Truckdriver choose to eat and drink alots of coffein and sugar to stay awake. And children get aggressiv when they are eating to much junkfood or sugar.....

concentrating on the food only? Let me be honest- the last thing I see in the evening is the internet-its bright and pictures are moving-I could not sleep because of the flashing and changing lights/pictures. Since a while I noticed this--so after 10pm I switch everything off and just read , lighting up a candle drinking warm milk with honey , listening to music . Before I made sure not to think to much about any problems and made enough sports or did ab´´nythin against it during the day.

Thanks so much! I often stay up until 5am and then wake up at 5pm. It's unhealthy! Especially since school is starting, I need to get sleep. Drinking milk seems to be the only thing to work. Thanks!! :)

I've looked at most of the feedback but I believe this is a excellent vid. My cousin would like to become spectacular with women. He came to understand a lot from a website called Master Attraction. (Google it if you want pretty good emails on picking up girls.) The ideas about seducing chicks from nightclubs in those emails via that site helped get got him his 1st lays in 3 long yrs. I got pissed though because I heard them all. Grrrr.
