Thanks so much! I often stay up until 5am and then wake up at 5pm. It's unhealthy! Especially since school is starting, I need to get sleep. Drinking milk seems to be the only thing to work. Thanks!! :)

omg. try fresh turkey meat. stay away from coffee. starbucks promotes sleeplessness. get turkey cut fresh from sprout. this works for me all the time. it is bit costly, but it is well worth it.

@Twinpact Actually no, :) but better not to eat much before sleep, because too much food'll ruin your good night sleep ;) The best is to eat at least 1 hour before going to bed...

i use to drink milk .boiled egg ,bananas etc still when there is no sleep in 3-4 hours..then i take xanax which helps me to sleep in 15-50 mins.But i don't like using sleeping pills.BTW i also have asthma

All I can really say is that this video is worth viewing at least five days in a row so that it sinks in right proper. It is right good.
concentrating on the food only? Let me be honest- the last thing I see in the evening is the internet-its bright and pictures are moving-I could not sleep because of the flashing and changing lights/pictures. Since a while I noticed this--so after 10pm I switch everything off and just read , lighting up a candle drinking warm milk with honey , listening to music . Before I made sure not to think to much about any problems and made enough sports or did ab´´nythin against it during the day.

insomnia can be caused by bad foodhabits. Truckdriver choose to eat and drink alots of coffein and sugar to stay awake. And children get aggressiv when they are eating to much junkfood or sugar.....

fresh cut turkey from sprout does wonders for me. i eat 1 slice turkey during lunch and 1 slice evening as a snack. stay away from F coffee. it smells good but it F makes me nervous. i hate this F coffee culture.

Ive eaten bananas with or without milk for yrs and it doesnt seem to do anything. Sadly it seems only benzos/clomazapam helps me but its very addicting. And all that new stuff like htp-5 and Gaba I tried it and it doesnt work. I read it cant cross the brain barrier and I have tried every herb from valerian root to chamomile and passion flower and Im beginning to think if it is sold in a health food store it cant work as the pharma industry would try to get it off the shelves. Why cant big pharma come up with a natural product for us to use? There must be dozens of things available in nature. But for some reason they let health food stores sell tons of different natural sleep aids that do nothing. Melatonin helps my friend but does nothing for me. Maybe try that. I tried up to 30mg and still nothing. I can be up 5-6 hrs before nodding off. Exercise does nothing to help me get to sleep no matter what time I do it.
