This is only a fragment universe that gives the Arcane fans about what could've been of the two of them. Ekko knew that he can't stay there for long because he is needed by his Powder in his own world. In the end he made the great sacrifice of leaving and coming back to jinx because that is how life works "You can't always stay in a dream, you must face reality" Note: I've just heard about this song and for a few hours it made my heart break to know about their story even though I don't watch Arcane. I was literally feeling the song for the two of them.
